1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. Related technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels and SDKs. This policy covers all of them and should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. What this website uses today
- The MoxSuite websites (www.moxsuite.com, www.moxcrm.com and www.moxfinance.com) are engineered to run without setting any first-party cookies and without localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no cookie banner today because there is nothing to consent to.
- The early-access form submits directly to our team; submitting it stores nothing in your browser.
3. Third-party requests (Google Fonts)
Typefaces (Space Grotesk, Inter) are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends a request to Google servers, disclosing your IP address and user-agent so the font files can be delivered. Google states that its Fonts API does not set cookies for font delivery.

5. Planned analytics cookies (if enabled)
If GA4 is enabled at launch, the following first-party cookies would be set, and this table will be finalised before deployment:

IP anonymisation and EU-consent-mode configuration will be applied where required.
6. Consent & how we will ask
Before any non-essential cookie is set, we will present a consent notice that allows you to accept, refuse, or configure categories, with refusal as easy as acceptance, and we will record your choice. Strictly necessary cookies, when introduced, do not require consent but will be disclosed here.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings (typically under Privacy or Site Settings in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox). Blocking strictly necessary cookies, once product sign-in exists, may prevent parts of the Service from working.
8. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Because we set no tracking cookies today, DNT and GPC signals have nothing to switch off. If analytics are enabled, we will honour GPC signals where applicable law treats them as a valid opt-out.
9. Changes
Any change to our cookie use will be reflected here, with the table in Section 5 completed before deployment and the "Last updated" date revised.
